Where do you deliver to?

We are currently delivering to South Africa, Europe and North America.

How do I create an account?

Just proceed with your order, and it will automatically create an account for you when you fill in your details at checkout.

What address is my order delivered to?

For South Africa, our courier company will deliver to the pick-up point (4000+ available) you selected when you made your order. All other countries are to the address supplied.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It takes 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered.

How do I change my delivery address?

You cannot change your shipping address after you have made your order.

Please make sure your preferred pick-up point is correct at checkout.

Will you keep my Bank Card information on file?

No. We do not even see your bank card details, let alone keep them. You are redirected to Payfast, a secure third-party payment gateway.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once collected from our distribution center, you will get regular SMS and / or emails from the courier company.
